To be judged or to be loved?<\/h2>\n\n

During a near-death experience (NDE), many people report reliving their entire life alongside a being of light. Only one question seems to emerge, always the same: “How did you love?” <\/p>\n\n

An intense review of life… but without judgment<\/h2>\n\n

The Emists describe a shocking scene: they see every thought, every word, every action of their existence flash by, as if their entire past were coming back to the surface – but this time, without mask, without justification, without filter.<\/p>\n\n

Better still, they feel the exact impact of their actions on others: the joy they’ve brought… or the suffering they’ve caused. They experience everything from the other’s point of view, with a clarity that leaves no room for illusion. <\/p>\n\n

And yet, despite this naked truth, no judgment is imposed.<\/p>\n\n

“There was no one to condemn me but me. The Light didn’t judge me at all. It was all love and understanding.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n

“It wasn’t a tribunal. It was an apprenticeship. And I was my own judge.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Unconditional love as a backdrop<\/h2>\n\n

This absence of condemnation sometimes comes as a shock. In our societies based on punishment, merit and judgment, we expect a God who punishes. And yet, the experiencers return transformed. Not out of fear. Out of love. <\/p>\n\n

Raymond Moody, a pioneer in NDE research, sums it up this way:<\/p>\n\n

“Those who return from this experience feel an immense and urgent desire to change the way they live. They want to devote much more time and energy to helping others and to rejoicing in the love they receive and give.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n

“If there is no judgment… why be fair?”<\/h2>\n\n

It’s a question that comes up a lot. Without external judgment, what drives us to pay attention to others? <\/p>\n\n

The answer provided by NDEs is clear: it<\/strong>‘s not fear that transforms, but awareness and love.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Take the example of this man, a former Mafioso, who had an NDE. During the experience, he felt all the suffering inflicted on his victims and their families. This realization shook him to the core. On his return to life, he gave up everything to devote himself to humanitarian aid. He wasn’t looking for “redemption”: he’d simply become a different man. <\/p>\n\n

The absence of judgment is not the absence of consequences<\/h2>\n\n

Some people might think that unconditional love cancels out all our actions. But that’s a mistake. There is no condemnation, but there are consequences. <\/p>\n\n

“What mattered most was not what I had done in my life, but who I was, deep down, in my soul. And my actions had helped shape that person.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Our actions, thoughts and intentions shape the being we become. They influence the quality of our consciousness, our capacity to love and radiate. <\/p>\n\n

Even without punishment, every action leaves a trace – not in a “cosmic criminal record”, but in the very texture of our soul.<\/p>\n\n

What about reincarnation?<\/h2>\n\n

If we embrace the notion of reincarnation, this inner transformation takes on even greater meaning. Every life, every act, every choice contributes to the spiritual evolution of the soul and its progress towards greater light, wisdom and love. <\/p>\n\n

Some souls, according to NDE accounts, even refuse to approach the Light for fear of being judged. They then remain in an intermediate, painful state, not because the Light rejects them, but because they don’t allow themselves to approach it. <\/p>\n\n

A silent revolution: from judgment to love<\/h2>\n\n

NDEs invite us to change our paradigm:<\/p>\n\n

  • From fear of punishment to responsibility out of love.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • From outer judgment to inner awareness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • From moral performance to authenticity of heart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    What counts is not being a “good student” in front of a God-jury, but living in love and joy. <\/p>\n\n

    • The life review is a radical awakening, experienced with a being of light, without condemnation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Love is the only law, and the evaluation of life is made by ourselves, in the light of what we have given and received in love.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The absence of judgment does not mean impunity: our actions profoundly transform our souls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
