I was home on leave, consumed by anxiety at the thought of returning to the barracks. A dark fear, an almost physical despair.<br\/>And suddenly&#8230; something snapped.  <\/p>\n\n<p>I felt my mind leave my body. I found myself&#8230; on the ceiling. Literally. I could see my own body lying on the bed, like a mere observer. That moment, out of time, changed something in me. When I &#8220;came back&#8221;, I knew it wasn&#8217;t a hallucination.<br\/>It was real.     <\/p>\n\n<p>I told a few friends about it. One of them introduced me to someone who had had a similar experience. I was relieved. I might have been a bit &#8220;weird&#8221;, but I wasn&#8217;t alone. At the time, I didn&#8217;t know the word &#8220;NDE&#8221; or about consciousness research. But <strong>I knew that consciousness wasn&#8217;t limited to the brain<\/strong>.     <\/p>\n\n<p>And this exit from the body&#8230; cured my fear.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-rencontre-avec-un-amour-inconditionnel\"><strong>An encounter with <\/strong>unconditional <strong>love <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>A few months later, another experience awaited me.<br\/>Even more profound.<br\/>Even more overwhelming.<\/p>\n\n<p>It was 1986. During a time of prayer.<br\/>Suddenly, I was <strong>transported to another place<\/strong>.<br\/>Another space. Another dimension.  <\/p>\n\n<p>I found myself in a kind of <strong>void<\/strong> &#8211; total darkness, absolute silence.<br\/>But paradoxically, I felt I was in an <strong>infinite<\/strong> space, without limits.<\/p>\n\n<p>And then&#8230; I felt <strong>a Presence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>An <strong>Energy of Light<\/strong>. Indefinable. Unforgettable.<br\/>She loved me. <strong>Unconditional<\/strong>, <strong>infinite<\/strong>, <strong>total<\/strong> love.<br\/>It was as if she lived inside me, yet outside me.   <\/p>\n\n<p>A love so pure, so strong, <strong>I couldn&#8217;t have made it up<\/strong>.<br\/>I couldn&#8217;t have imagined such a love.<br\/>No words can describe it.<\/p>\n\n<p>This Entity didn&#8217;t dominate me.<br\/>She was on the same plane as me.<br\/>And she gave me <strong>everything she was<\/strong>, without holding anything back.<br\/>Out of love.<\/p>\n\n<p>This love pierced me.<br\/>I cried my eyes out.<br\/>No judgment. No conditions. Just acceptance, tenderness, truth.  <\/p>\n\n<p>For me, this presence was that of <strong>Jesus<\/strong>, because it corresponded to my spiritual context. But I wasn&#8217;t told this explicitly. It was <strong>felt<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In any case, since that day, I know:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>My soul comes from this Love.<\/strong><br\/>And everything in me longs to find it again.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-l-amour-est-l-energie-de-l-univers\"><strong>Love is the energy of the universe<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In the months that followed, I experienced other ESTs. Each time, I found myself in a different dimension. A kind of energetic universe, where only pure, infinite <strong>Love<\/strong> exists.<br\/>Sometimes this love was for me. Other times, <strong>it was everywhere<\/strong>, for everyone.   <\/p>\n\n<p>And then I understood something fundamental: <strong>Love is the very energy of the universe.<\/strong><br\/>Not an idea, not a feeling. It&#8217;s a <strong>life force<\/strong>, both gentle and powerful, that connects everything. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-une-nuit-en-montagne\"><strong>A night in the mountains<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>About fifteen years ago, I had another such experience. I was in a chalet in the mountains, close to a spiritual retreat.<br\/>In the dead of night, I felt transported into another reality. <\/p>\n\n<p>An immense love invaded me. It overflowed from me, flowing through me, connecting me to <strong>the Being of Love<\/strong> and to <strong>all living beings<\/strong>.<br\/>It was an <strong>unimaginable<\/strong> joy, a bliss so powerful that no earthly happiness can match it.<br\/>It was short&#8230; but of incredible intensity. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-ces-experiences-sont-gravees-pour-toujours\"><strong>These experiences are engraved forever<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t have an exceptional memory, but I remember those moments <strong>like it was yesterday<\/strong>.<br\/>Because they&#8217;re etched in my consciousness. Because their truth has never left me. <\/p>\n\n<p>They gave me three profound certainties:<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>There&#8217;s a world beyond the physical world.<\/strong><br\/>A world without time, without separation. More real than this one, because eternal. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>This world is a world of Love.<\/strong><br\/>Infinite, pure, unconditional Love. And we can feel its presence right here, in our daily lives. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We don&#8217;t needNDE or EST to get there.<\/strong><br\/>All we need to do is love.
