There is no &#8220;me&#8221; and &#8220;you&#8221;. This awareness is at the heart of our life mission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Love is the very nature of this consciousness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>To use the classic image of the wave and the ocean, during a NDE people realize:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>That they are both a wave on the surface and the ocean below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That this ocean is an infinity of love.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>It is love that allows us to realize that there is no separation between ourselves and others.<\/p>\n\n<p>The universe is not made up of separate material elements. It is the manifestation of a single consciousness, &#8220;made&#8221; of love, which encompasses and unites all that exists.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-decouvrir-notre-veritable-nature\">Discovering our true nature<\/h2>\n\n<p>And Christophe Faur\u00e9 adds, for those of us who are not experiencers: &#8220;becoming aware of this, even if we haven&#8217;t had a NDE, can profoundly reorientate our lives. We then try to live and express the love that is our true nature. This love begins with ourselves, since we can&#8217;t love others authentically if we don&#8217;t love ourselves.<\/p>\n\n<p>The people who experienced the encounter with the whitelighter felt totally loved. They felt their immense value and profound dignity. They felt worthy of love. This in turn gives them a great deal of self-confidence and removes the need to worry about other people&#8217;s opinions.<\/p>\n\n<p>Uncovering our fundamental nature, realizing that we too are beings of light, an infinite source of love, compassion and wisdom, is a magnificent life project.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-nous-sommes-un-eclat-divin\">We are a divine radiance<\/h2>\n\n<p>This corresponds to many spiritual traditions. They all tell us that we are, beyond the surface and appearance, a radiance of God &#8211; with all his Life, Love and Beauty.<\/p>\n\n<p>Marianne Williamson reminds us in her book &#8220;Choosing the Light&#8221;: &#8220;Your true being is divine, loving and solid. It may be temporarily hidden by the veil of illusion and shadow. But it cannot be destroyed; it&#8217;s always there.<\/p>\n\n<p>As Arnaud Desjardins says: &#8220;This is the traditional teaching of Hinduism and Buddhism: you are already Buddha-Nature. You are already infinite and free.<\/p>\n\n<p>But you think of yourselves as small, tiny beings in this immense universe, so weak, so dependent on each other, so incapable of being in your fullness and non-dependence.<\/p>\n\n<p>Deep inside you vibrate the memory and intuitive knowledge of your greatness. It attracts you and, at the same time, frightens you because you&#8217;re afraid of calling your whole life into question. (&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n<p>The ultimate &#8220;Self&#8221;, man&#8217;s essential &#8220;I Am&#8221;, is nothing other than the absolute.
