Death is simply a passage into another form of another life on another frequency. The moment of death is a unique, beautiful and liberating experience, one that can be lived without fear or distress. Elisabeth K\u00fcbler-Ross is a pioneer in the field of end-of-life care and the study of near-death experiences. She has helped us to take a more serene approach to the end of life. Worrying about death is not a flight from life<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Life after death: a 3-stage transition<\/h2>\n\n

There are three stages. It’s like releasing a butterfly or, symbolically, moving into a bigger and better house. The cocoon and larva are the human body in transit. They’re a temporary home, but they’re not “you”.<\/p>\n\n

The first stage is when the cocoon is irreversibly damaged. Then it releases the butterfly – your soul.<\/p>\n\n

The second stage begins when the soul is freed from the body. You then see everything that is happening around you at the place of your death. You are in a new consciousness, much more extensive and precise.<\/p>\n\n

If your body was injured or disabled, you regain all your faculties. The blind – even those born blind – see, the deaf hear, the paralyzed dance. Time and distance no longer exist, you can go from one place to another instantly. You perceive everyone’s thoughts.<\/p>\n\n

We don’t die alone<\/h2>\n\n

You’re not alone at this stage<\/strong>: people who died before you and whom you loved are waiting to accompany you. Your spiritual guide(s) are with you all the way. Then you experience a passage, which depends largely on your culture: tunnel, dark expanse, mountain landscape or nature in general.<\/p>\n\n

And now you come to the third step. You’re entering the Light, a Light of absolute clarity that doesn’t dazzle you. As you approach this Light, you are filled with the greatest love there is<\/strong>. This love is total, unconditional, indescribable.<\/p>\n\n

This Love knows and understands you perfectly. He accepts and loves you completely, just as you are, just as your life has been. There are no words to describe it.<\/p>\n\n

Life after life: entering the light<\/h2>\n\n

During NDE, we see this Light only briefly, before returning to earth. But when you’re dead, you enter it “for good”. You realize then that your earthly life is merely an opportunity to learn to love, grow and mature<\/strong>. Then you know that the most important thing in this world, the only thing that counts, is love.<\/p>\n\n

The third stage includes a life review. You review every action, every word and every thought. And you can see the consequences for others.<\/p>\n\n

God is unconditional love<\/strong>. In the life review, you don’t make Him responsible for your destiny. You realize that you’re the one who built your life. Every event, even the most painful, was an opportunity to grow and learn to love.<\/p>\n\n

The period of “dying” is not necessarily sad and painful. On the contrary, we can experience wonderful things, with a lot of love. And if you pass on to others what you’ve learned from the dying, this world will soon be a paradise.<\/p>\n\n

Death does not exist<\/h2>\n\n

My real job is to tell <\/strong>\u00e0<\/strong> everyone that death<\/strong>‘<\/strong>does not exist.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The only<\/strong>way to<\/strong>really<\/strong>change<\/strong>this world is to<\/strong>free<\/strong>ourselves<\/strong> fromfear so that we can love.<\/strong> It’s that simple. All we need to do is stay calm and learn to get in touch with our inner selves. To free ourselves from fear, it helps to know that death doesn’t exist and that everything that happens in our lives has a positive purpose.<\/p>\n\n

Take life as a challenge, as an opportunity to grow and increase your capabilities.<\/p>\n\n
